INTEGRATED RELEAF
If you’re passionate about helping others with cannabis, you’ve probably thought about jumping into the industry or starting a business.
But you look around and nothing feels like a good fit.
Making $15/hour as a budtender? No thank you.
Sitting under fluorescent lights and trimming all day? Hard pass.
Launching a product line in a saturated market only to have the regulations shift to favor corporations and big business?
Maybe you’ll wait on that one until it all shakes out.
You may think that you have to be a doctor or a cannabis expert in order to start a career helping other people with cannabis.
But now there’s another way.
A new opportunity has emerged that is bridging the gap between the healthcare system, the cannabis industry, and the people who need support, education, and guidance around this plant.
Meet the Certified Cannabis Coach and Educator
A Cannabis Coach and Educator is a trained professional who specializes in helping others understand the therapeutic effects of cannabis.
They can work 1-1 with clients or teach the general public.
The truth is, anyone who is passionate about cannabis can give advice and share information about this plant, but it takes more to turn it into a career.
- It takes know-how to get clients and guide them around such a dynamic plant medicine.
- It takes a specific skill set to teach others about healthy cannabis use in a way that they can understand and use.
- It takes confidence and experience to get paid for this work.
- It also takes a support system to succeed in this industry.

MODULE 2: The Business of Cannabis Coaching and Education

Client Readiness Workshop
Once you’ve mastered the foundational cannabis knowledge, we’ll get you prepared to start taking clients.
We’ll give you everything to set up your practice, store client notes, and understand the fundamental principles of coaching and ethics.

Done-for-you 2 Session Coaching Package
This well-tested cannabis coaching program combines cannabis education with ongoing support that will help your clients get from where they are to where they want to be.
You’ll get scripts, done-for-you cannabis guides, and client handouts. It’s everything you need from the moment a client enrolls in your program until the day you celebrate the changes they’ve made.

Client Contract Templates
You’ll get access to Corinne’s Contract Templates (the exact ones she paid lawyers $3000 to create for her when she started her business).
While they’re not a substitute for legal guidance, these contracts can save you thousands of dollars vs. starting from scratch.
Beyond that, they save you the stress and confusion of taking clients without a contract in place.

The Open for Business Workshop
Your coaching practice is set up and you’re ready to take on paying clients. What’s next?
While we’re not lawyers or CPAs, we’ll share how we set things up so we could take payments and grow our businesses.
There are a few lessons in here you absolutely need to know that will save you so much heartache down the road. This workshop comes with a bonus Open for Business Checklist so you can make sure you complete all the steps to get started.

Pricing Your Programs Masterclass
If there was one question coaches-in-training ask the most, it’s this one. How much should I charge?
This training goes deeper than putting a price tag on your services. We’ll also dig into your money mindset to make sure that there’s nothing internal holding you back from creating a sustainable business.

Growing on Social Media as a Cannabis-Infused Personal Brand
Social media can be a tricky place for cannabis educators and coaches, but it’s also a wonderful way to reach people with your message for free.
I’ll share what I learned in growing my account from 6k-44k followers in less than 6 months and how that’s bringing in an extra $300/day and growing my audience off the app.
We’ll cover censorship, avoiding shadow bans, and what it really means to build a community instead of chasing vanity metrics like “likes” and followers.

The Cannabis Coaching and Cancer Workshop
In this bonus training, Certified Cannabis Coach and cancer thriver Elise Keller walks you through the muddled and confusing world of cannabis use and cancer. From her experience, Elise saw first hand how difficult it is to get sound, evidence based information about how to use cannabis as a cancer patient.
Physicians are increasingly becoming more comfortable with their patients using cannabis, as they continue to see them benefit from its use. However there is little time for most physicians to provide meaningful guidance on dosing, titration, strains to treat specific conditions, potential contradictions with prescriptions, and the myriad of other essential information required to ensure a safe, effective and positive cannabis experience.
Elise shares her approach to supporting clients with cancer in this bonus workshop. You’ll also get 2 done-for-you coaching sessions tailored for clients currently undergoing cancer treatment.

FAQ's
What exactly IS a cannabis coach, cannabis and health coach, or cannabis wellness coach?
In any new and developing industry, there’s always a lot of confusion about what to call things. To us, a Cannabis Coach is:
A well-trained, experienced, and certified health coach who specializes in cannabis education.
Cannabis coaches are advocates for the plant and the people it can help. They’re also well informed and educated so they feel confident to answer the wide-range of questions that come your way as a cannabis professional. Additionally, cannabis coaches are coaches, who understand how to effectively support someone as they make changes in their lives.
What kind of career opportunities are available for Certified Cannabis and Health Coaches?
Your training as a Certified Cannabis and Health Coach prepares you for lots of different career options in this growing industry. Not only are you given a world-class comprehensive education on cannabis and health, you also develop a coaching skill set that makes you a better leader, boss, employee or entrepreneur.
While we don’t make any hollow promises about individual success (because we know your success and the career path you take depends on many factors), former students have gone on to become authors, lead retreats, build workshop-based businesses, support clients 1:1 and in groups, launch complementary CBD businesses, create online programs, and more. If you’ve got a unique vision about how you’d like to use this work to make an impact, we’re here to support it.
Will I really be able to get real clients after the program?
While we don’t make any claims about how many clients you’ll get or the income you’ll make after our program, many students (like the ones below) start enrolling paying clients while they’re still in the program.
“My first paying client starts tomorrow!” – Gina
“Now I can celebrate my first paid client that isn’t a friend or relative!” – Darlene
“I had my first Discovery Call at 1 today and now have my first paying client!” – Amy
“Woohoo, I just got another paying client!” – Stephanie
“I have completed all the training modules and homework actions. I am working with 4 clients (two starting next monday). I am going to celebrate like crazy today! This accomplishment is especially meaningful to me because of all the health issues and home issues that have popped up during the program. Thanks Corinne and Niki and all the Tribe for all your support throughout the program.” – Kevin
Is the program accredited?
Our program is an approved provider for Continuing Education credit by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
We chose the CE approval designation so we could offer a completely on-demand program to our students that was flexible and accessible.
Can I enroll if I live in a country or state where cannabis is prohibited?
Yes. If you feel called to be a pioneer in your state or nation, you’re welcome to join us. Some former students have started businesses coaching people in other states, even though they lived in prohibition states. Others have focused on working with the widely accessible cannabinoids like CBD and CBG.
While it’s not illegal to give guidance or educate in legal states, it can put you into ethical and legal dilemmas if you aren’t cautious and intentional about what services you provide and how you provide them.
I’m new to cannabis, will this go over my head?
Not at all. We’ve designed our curriculum so that it’s possible to enter as a beginner, but still interesting if you’re an expert. If you have limited (or no) experience with cannabis, we’ll make sure you learn everything you need to know, and nothing you don’t.
We won’t use any terminology without explaining it, and you’ll get hands on practice talking about cannabis until you’re so comfortable with it it’ll be like saying “pass the salt”.
I came into this program not knowing anything. High school was maybe my last real experience. I knew there was a lot more to it and knew the industry was moving in an interesting direction. I didn’t know if I wanted to be a health coach, I just knew this was going to be the program that had the most information.I have so much more confidence with the information and sharing it with others. – Maggie
I am pretty much an open book, as I am very new to cannabis. I am a baby boomer who believed the Reefer Madness nonsense I was taught so this information is so freeing for me. I am not happy to have been lied to, but finally all this great and helpful information is being released and is helping so many people. -Terri
Is this an online class?
Our course was designed to be taken 100% online. Unlike many training programs that are scrambling to move their offerings to the web due to the coronavirus, our program was born on the internet and that’s what it was made for.
We know the ins and outs of online learning and know exactly what an online program needs to be so that you can find success in it. We built in accountability, support, and community (that word again), so even though the program is entirely virtual, it doesn’t feel robotic.
Do you offer financial aid?
We are on a mission to provide dedicated people with the education, tools, resources, and support that they need to become leaders in their communities. In that light, we are happy to provide the opportunity for need based scholarships to women, veterans, BIPOC, and people who have been directly impacted by the ongoing war on drugs and who can powerfully demonstrate their commitment and vision to this work.
If you believe you qualify for financial aid, please apply here.
How much time is required?
In order to gain your certification within the 6 month time frame, expect to spend 4-6 hours a week on the program. You have 12 months to complete the program, so if you need more time, you’ve got it.
If, on the other hand, you really want to get started, open your coaching practice and start taking paying clients ASAP, you may spend anywhere from 10-30 hours studying and building your business.
Think you’re too busy? Think again. You’ll get guidance in the Success Primer Series that will allow you to do more with your time than you ever imagined possible.
“I had no idea how I was going to fit all of this in with a full time job that took up 3/4 of my life. But I learned that you can do a lot in a small amount of time. With just a little bit of time each week, it’s amazing what you can do. And now I can share that with my clients when they’re feeling overwhelmed.” – Heather
Is this program a good fit for me?
In the end, only you know the answer to this question. We don’t want you to choose our program because it’s the best, but because it’s the best for you. CCI students chose us over other training programs because the training we provide and the life they want to create are in alignment.
“2 years ago, I had this realization that I needed to change my life. I was crying in the bathroom at work and I realized I wanted to help people with cannabis, but I didn’t know what that was going to look like. So I started blogging and built some of that. I budtended for awhile but that didn’t fit the bill. But now through coaching, I feel like I’m stepping into that vision for my life that I really wanted when I was crying in the bathroom.” – Heather
“These past few years I’ve been looking to make a career transition. I’ve owned my business for years, but bwasn’t doing something I was passionate about. I knew I needed to be doing something that was using my gifts; something that would impact people and change the world. Cannabis had impacted my life in such a positive way, and I knew I wanted to enter the cannabis industry, in some way that would help people. When this came up – and there have been a lot of things I considered doing – but I was like ‘I know what path I’m taking’. I made the decision on the spot, and I’ve never done that. But it was just such a good fit for everything I’m passionate about.” – Linnea
If you have any other questions, we’re here to help you decide whether our program is a good fit. No pushiness or gimmicks. Just answers and support.

I am truly honored to be a part of such a wonderful program. The training and insight into the industry is amazing.
