Background and Qualifications:

My background in personal care, acute medical care, and customer care are all integrated into my coaching practices. My experience consulting with clients in hair and skin care, advocating for and coordinating patient care in a hospital setting, and meeting customer needs in banking, cultivated a love of service for others. 

Why are you a Cannabis Coach? 

I became a Cannabis Coach to provide guidance to intentionally underserved communities heavily impacted by the “War on Drugs” with science-backed education about the plant they already consume.

I want to help them become more aware of the benefits of the plant beyond its intoxicating effects and use it as a tool to empower their health.

How has cannabis impacted your life?

Cannabis has improved my health mentally and physically by supplementing physical deficiencies and supporting my journey to independence after being diagnosed with what is considered an “invisible disability.” It provides me with a natural form of self-care that is safe to consume in various forms. It has lifted my voice in advocacy and empowered my passion for justice and balance.

What are you fantastic at as a Coach? What’s your special sauce?  

I am fantastic at helping people get to the root cause of their imbalance, accessing the tools needed to restore it, creating a plan of action that is sustainable, and embracing the transformative journey along the way. My special sauce is problem-solving.

Tell us about your best offering. 

My best offering is a 12-week restorative health experience. The benefits are learning how to consume all things consciously and intentionally, becoming mindful and disciplined in your self-care practices, and being open to a new way of being.

Who are the people who benefit most from your coaching?

The person who is ready for the next level, who knows that they deserve wellness and has the willingness to learn what it looks like for them.
